You will receive an appointment reminder via text and/or phone business days prior to your virtual visit. Please confirm this appointment so that the office knows that you plan on keeping your appointment.
Within 24 hours of your visit you will receive a call from our office to complete a pre-visit screening. During this call we will go over your demographic information along with asking you some basic medical questions including obtaining a current list of your medications. Once the pre-visit screening is complete you will receive an email or text with a link that will provide info on how to connect you to your provider at the time of your virtual visit. On the day of your visit you will receive an email or text when you provider is ready for you to join the virtual visit session with in an hour time frame of your scheduled appointment.
You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android device. The device will need to have a camera and microphone.
Virtual visits are typically covered by your regular health insurance. If applicable your insurance company will be billed for this service. You may be responsible for any copay, deductible, out of pocket expenses that apply based on your insurance coverage. If you do not have insurance coverage, please speak with the office in regards to associated cost of virtual visits.
Yes! The technology our providers use is a secure website designed specifically for virtual visit needs. However, we do ask that you find a quiet, private place in your home or office for your appointment.
