Stephen D. Confer, MD
Dr. Confer practices general adult and pediatric
urology. His special interests include pediatric urology,
renal transplantation, advanced kidney stone surgeries, minimally
invasive surgeries for kidney removal, laser surgery for prostate
obstruction, multidisciplinary approach to genitourinary
cancers. Medical management and prevention of stone disease
and urinary tract infections are other strong areas interest.
Dr. Confer earned his microbiology and medical degrees at the
University of Oklahoma. He then received his surgical and
urologic training from the University of Oklahoma department of
Urology. He actively participates as a volunteer faculty at
the University of Oklahoma-Oklahoma City. He is Board certified in
urology and is an active member of the American Urologic
Association.
